Memory rating was 3090 MB/s (megabytes per second). Hard Drive ratings were 16.8 MB/s and the 2D graphics rating was 8.67 MP/s (million pixels per second). After taking these ratings, I installed the IOBIT SystemCare with Antivirus and checked system performance again using the same PC benchmark software.

System performance after installing IOBIT software:

After installing the IOBIT SystemCare with Antivirus, here are the system performance ratings. The CPU performance is now 7120 MIPS, Memory performance has changed to 2940 MB/s, the hard drive rating has changed to 14.6 MB/s and the 2D graphics rating has changed to 6.56 MP/s. The change in the system performance is minimal, you will not feel much change in the computer speed and functionality after installing IObit antivirus.

Conclusion of the test: IObit antivirus performed exceptionally well in the speed/performance ratings. The software imposed a very little impact on the system resources. Stealth Test

In the stealth test, we check if an antivirus software can detect all the infections present on a computer or not. We installed the IOBIT software on a lab computer which was heavily infected with virus, trojans, spyware, adware and malicious codes. When we installed the software, there were no hickups. The software was installed but it did not find any infections automatically. We had to run the scan in order to find infections. The software found many infections. Conclusion of the test: IOBIT SystemCare with Antivirus software found most of the infections present on the computer system. It was unable to detect a particular adware type though. Still, the software performed very well in comparison to many other antivirus and security software programs. The software earns a score of 8 out of 10 in the stealth test.

Strength Test

In the strength test, we check if a security software is able to remove all of the infections found on a computer system. IOBit antivirus was able to remove/quarantine all of the infections present on the computer. Once the full system scan was finished, it asked the user whether to quarantine or delete the infected files. Most of the infections were quarantined, but it was unable to quarantine a few infections. The alternative option was to delete those files. The software was able to delete all of those files.

We also tested different tools present in the software. I have to admit that the system care tools included in this product are exceptionally wonderful. If your computer is slow or it is giving you any errors, the system care tools included in the IOBit SystemCare sofware can work wonders for you.

Conclusion of the test: The antivirus software built within the IOBit SystemCare product performed excellent on our lab computer. It successfully quarantined and deleted all of the infections present on the lab computer. We also checked the Windows temp folder and there were no infections found in the temporary files.
